I can't play some videos - it says they are not available in my country.
Some videos on Eredmenyek may be restricted in certain countries due to licensing agreements or regional broadcasting rights. If you encounter a message indicating that a video isn't available in your country, it's because the content provider has limited access to specific regions.
I can't see the betting odds in the app.
The most common reason for not seeing odds is the country's law that may prohibit gambling or advertising it. If this is not the case in your country, it may also be a technical issue either on our side or on the side of our partner bookmaker. In such a case, make sure you are using the latest version, try restarting the app, or check back later.
Why are betting odds sometimes delayed?

What if Eredmenyek notifications generally don't work for me?
Some phones may limit app notifications to save battery. Navigate to Settings → Battery → Battery optimization. Find the Eredmenyek app and select “Don't optimize” or set it as an exception.
