How do I set up notifications for matches in a specific sport?
Click on the app settings (the gear icon in the top right) and then on "Notification settings". Here you can select the desired sport and configure notifications for it.
How do I set up notifications for a specific team?
Each team inherits the notification settings you have set for the given sport. If you want to change notifications for just one team in that sport, find your team and go to their profile. There, you can conveniently click on the bell and set notifications for them. All of their matches will then inherit these settings.
How do I set up notifications for a specific match?
Each match inherits the notification settings you have set for that sport. If a favorite team is participating in the match, the notifications set for that team will take precedence. However, you can click on the bell in the match details and adjust the notifications for a specific match.
Can I mute notifications for a selected match?
You can also turn off all notifications for a given match. After clicking on the bell in the match details, turn on the Mute all notifications option.
Can I change notifications for all My Teams at once?
Yes! Change the desired notification in the notification settings for the given sport, and in the dialog, select the option that you want to apply this change to existing My Teams.
How can I turn off Top News notifications?
Click on the app settings (the gear icon in the top right) and then on "Notification settings". Here you can turn off notifications for Top News.
Why can't I set up notifications for my favorite football player?
We are starting to work on this new feature! We want to delight you with it in 2025.
How can I set the notification sounds?
While we have specific sounds for various match notifications, we don't offer any customization at this point. You can switch the sound on or off in your device settings (we provide you with a shortcut in the app Settings under the “Notification settings” section).
Where can I find more settings for notifications?
In the mobile app, simply head over to the Settings (tap the upper right corner icon). At the very top, you’ll see the “Notification settings” section. There, you can set various notifications for Top News, Favourite games and teams, or for the whole sport.
